We deliver to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal. We do not deliver directly to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores or Madeira. Enter your address to check delivery availability and the full price before payment.
Free delivery on orders of €30 or more to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and €40 or more to mainland Portugal. Below these thresholds, delivery costs €3.20 plus applicable VAT (€3.87 at 21% VAT). Your cart shows the final amount for your destination before you confirm the purchase.

Cancellation and withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the order. If goods from the same order arrive separately, the period begins when you receive the last item.
Notify us of your decision clearly by email to info@maktuk.com or by post to LABORATORIO ESSENTIAL AGROPHARMA, S.L., calle Ingeniero Goicoechea, 33, nave 2, polígono industrial Torrehierro, 45600 Talavera de la Reina (Toledo), España. Include your name and enough information to identify the purchase. You may use the form at the end of this page, but it is not compulsory.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. We do not charge an administration penalty for exercising your right of withdrawal.
Returning the products
After notifying us of withdrawal, return the goods to the address above without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of that notification. Keep proof of postage. You may contact us to coordinate the return; doing so is not a condition for exercising your right of withdrawal.
The buyer bears the direct cost of a return following withdrawal unless we agree to cover it. If the product is incorrect or lacks conformity, we will cover the costs necessary to resolve the issue.
You are only responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions to withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery; goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; or goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, where the relevant legal exception applies. These exceptions do not remove your rights if a product is defective or does not match your purchase.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund the payments received, including the applicable standard delivery cost, within 14 calendar days of your notification. We do not refund the additional cost of a more expensive delivery option you expressly selected. We will use the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and incur no fees.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect them.
Damaged, incorrect or defective products
Email info@maktuk.com with the order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the product and packaging may help us resolve it. Prompt notification helps with the carrier, but your legal rights are not limited to a 48-hour claim period.
We are responsible for lack of conformity under the applicable consumer legislation. For new goods sold to consumers in Spain, the general period during which a lack of conformity may become apparent is three years from delivery. This does not extend the product’s expiry date or period of use after opening. The remedy provided by law will be free of charge to the consumer.
