How to buy

Choose the products and size, add them to the cart and enter the necessary details. Before confirming, review the items, quantities, address, delivery, taxes and total amount. You can correct your details and change the cart before completing your purchase.

The order is processed when you complete checkout using an available payment method. The store sends confirmation to the email address provided. Keep the confirmation and purchase receipts. Contact us if you notice an error or do not receive confirmation.

Prices, availability and payment

Prices are shown in euros. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are detailed before order confirmation. The final amount appears in the order summary according to the products and delivery address.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. No payment service or extra charge will be added without your express agreement. If a purchased product is unavailable, we will inform you and refund the relevant amounts without undue delay. We will not replace it without your agreement.

Delivery and consumer rights

Read about areas, charges, delivery times, cancellation, withdrawal, returns and legal guarantees in the shipping and returns policy. Delivery is free in Spain from €30 and Portugal from €40, in eligible areas. Below these thresholds, delivery costs €3.20 plus applicable VAT; the final charge is shown in the cart for your destination.

Delivery takes 48–72 business hours. If buying as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days after receipt to notify us of withdrawal, subject to the applicable legal exceptions.

Products have statutory protection against lack of conformity. Reporting an issue after 48 hours does not automatically exclude it. Withdrawal and the legal guarantee are separate rights.

Product information

Read the description, size, directions and precautions before buying. Follow the label, storage instructions, expiry date and period of use after opening. Products for people, animals and rooms have different uses and must not be used interchangeably.

These terms respect applicable mandatory consumer rules. Choosing Spanish law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence where applicable.
